Before:
GE Skype phone brought in as no buttons were responding and customer was not able to make calls
Process:
Phone disassembled and all contacts checked, tested. Buttons cleaned and special treatment applied.
After:
Phone tested, every button works perfectly. Tried to make some Skype calls and everything worked.
