Is your device turning on but not loading up properly? This could be attributed to a hard drive failure, or maybe you just need more space on your machine? Either way our engineers are happy to help and can also transfer data over too, although software is usually lost when replacing the hard drive, but you can always discuss this with a member of staff if that would be a problem and well see what we can do for you.
